  • If you have a car reservation at the airport, how can you find a driver?

    Answer if the flight is delayed. This is not a customer fault, so our driver will wait until the customer arrives at no additional cost. And we will check your flight.

  • If an accident occurs during the trip. Are foreign customers protected?

    Answers are protected by Passenger Protection Act And 1st class insurance

  • How do customers pay for all bookings, but will they be refunded?

    Customers must cancel their reservation at least 48 hours. Customers will receive a full refund after deducting the transfer fee to your account. (Unless canceled due to weather conditions, a war disaster can be canceled until travel time is reached)
